CoinPlacid is a sophisticated full-stack web application I developed to transform crypto investment and lending for a global audience. The platform delivers a seamless, secure, and high-yield experience that effectively bridges traditional finance with the fast-evolving world of digital assets.
Built with Next.js 15 using the App Router, CoinPlacid leverages server-side rendering (SSR), static site generation (SSG), and API routes to achieve exceptional performance, strong SEO, and a smooth, intuitive user experience. The frontend is crafted with Tailwind CSS and enhanced by Shadcn/UI components, resulting in a clean, modern, and fully responsive interface that adapts effortlessly across devices and allows users to explore investment packages and loan options with clarity and confidence.
The backend is driven by a robust PostgreSQL database managed through Prisma ORM, delivering a type-safe and scalable architecture for handling dynamic investment packages, user profiles, transactions, and loans. Core features include a Return on Investment (ROI) Calculator with both client-side and server-side implementations, enabling users to estimate quarterly returns accurately. A blog system with full CRUD functionality supports community engagement through educational content on crypto trends. TypeScript underpins the entire codebase, ensuring reliability, maintainability, and long-term scalability in line with modern development standards.
User engagement is a central focus of the platform. I implemented secure authentication using NextAuth.js, enabling personalized accounts with role-based access control (User, Investor, Manager, Admin). Users can manage their profiles, monitor investments, apply for loans, and interact with the platform through inquiry forms and real-time dashboards. Strategic call-to-action elements such as “Get Started” and “Explore Packages” are integrated to drive conversions and support business growth.
